March Madness

Last week was Parker's spring break and we were blessed with perfect weather.  In fact it was too good for March, crazy warm.  I was able to stay home with the boys Wed-Fri and we took advantage of the summer temps.  My main mission was to get the boys outside to enjoy it.  Parker is pretty self sufficient when it comes to playing, he better be since he is almost 6 now.  He runs around the yard, plays in the dirt, looks for bugs, frogs and adds to his collection of sticks, rocks & leaves (sounds like Don from dinosaur train).  Crosby on the other hand takes every ball from the toy bin outside and rolls it down the driveway and then points to it and says "ball".  Thanks kido, I know what it is....roll it in the grass so you can get it yourself next time!

We managed to get all christmas lights down & put away, put out some summer decorations, washed the outside windows and fit in a few games of baseball in the backyard.  Parker is always Benny from the Sandlot, of course he is.  It was a great week.  We don't have many pictures b/c we were so busy but we capture the fort that Parker slept in for 3 nights and Crosby using his own broom, he helps mom sweep the kitchen floor.

Dare to Compare

I know I have been slacking on the updates.  Hopefully this week with the parents home on spring break (for Parker) we will get some fun pictures and get some more pictures out here for everyone to see.  Sometimes the faces Crosby makes reminds me of when Parker was little so we found a few pictures to compare.  There are similarities but it seems like Crosby at 18 months looks more like Parker at 13 months....here are the boys around 13 months.
